T-Mobile (Contract), Remote

  • Lead non-production environments readiness for the conversion activities of T-Mobile’s acquisition of US Cellular
  • Responsible for strategic oversight of environmental radiness across all lines of business and program domains
  • Responsible for sub-team’s escalations with leadership peers in application development, network operations, AppDev, and Business

Northern Trust (Contract), Chicago, IL

  • Project Manager for a cloud transformation project involving Northern Trust’s consumer facing consumer banking applications (desktop, tablet, and native mobile apps)
  • Migration included both user layer and services from on-prep legacy UI and tech stack, to being built on an Azure 4.0 private cloud instance
  • Led the development process, utilizing Northern Trust’s adapted SCRUM model; team consisted of 20 on-shore and off-shore resources

United Airlines (Contract), Chicago, IL

  • Project/Program Manager for application development activities involving custom built Contact Center agent applications
  • Program was the highest priority program in the Customer Service book of work; frequently presented and in day-to-day communication with VP, SVP, and C-Suite levels; CIO was directly involved with this program on a weekly basis
  • Brought on board to turn around program of eight development teams that could not consistently deliver features on time with acceptable quality metrics; teams now delivering committed number of features per sprint within quality metrics
  • Day-to-day activities focused on driving delivery of all program tracks via scrum teams or vendor contracted team (Infosys and TCS), while growing strategic relationships with Business partners, internal IT stakeholders, and other United stakeholders (Finance, Compliance, etc.)
  • Program also included migration of services from one service partner to another; managed the migration alongside the Solutions Architect; activities included vendor management, leadership reporting, and migration planning with all service partners and their leadership
  • Directly managed the scrum masters; additionally mentored them to help drive improvements to sprint delivery process, team leadership, and resource management

  • Led large-scale implementation team for new e-commerce initiative. This involved reputable account for a leading global educational testing and assessment firm.
  • Managed development operations teams for additional clients. Spearheaded tasks in maintenance and enhancement of production e-commerce systems.
  • Coordinated several projects involving full lifecycle implementation. This included enterprise e-commerce implementations, new developments and enhancements on digital portal/content applications, and migrations of digital assets to cloud-based delivery.
  • Operated within several primary platforms and technologies. This included Liferay DXP, SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud, and AWS.
